关于氧化铝膜着色层的研究

摘    要:本研究结果指出阻挡层的厚度与电解氧化的时间无关,在较大的电流密度下进行阳极氧化时,阻挡层的厚度增大,但氧化铝膜的溶解速度亦随之增大,生成的Al2(SO4)3共沉积于氧化铝膜中,致使氧化铝膜变得松散。

Abstract:The anodic films of aluminium alloy have been studied in this work by electron microscopy and XRT techniques.It has benn shown that the anodic films can be divided into the compact barrier layer and the porous surface layer.The thickness of the barrier layer is independent of the electrolytic times, but it changes under differences current densities.The electrolytic coloring is exactly due to the existence of the porous surface layer and its structure.
