| Abstract: | In this paper, the technology how to replace the traditional heat treatment with the vacuum heat treatment is put forward, by analyzing the useless forms of the thread rolling mould. And then this paper summarized the key points of technology control and operation. By adopting the vacuum heat treatment, the life time of thread rolling mould can be improved greatly. |
