改进的受限空间撞击射流反应器混合效果多尺度模拟
摘    要:受限空间撞击射流反应器(CIJR)是一种具有高强度混合效果的反应器型式,但其应用受到必须是两股等量物料进料的限制。本研究提出了克服其限制的一种改进的CIJR型式,对其在3种进料方式、3种结构尺寸设计原则下获得的9种情况的混合性能进行了研究,结果表明:采用大流量组分从顶部进料,小流量组分等分成两股从两侧相对进料的方式可以获得最优的宏观混合效果;采用三股物流等速度原则设计的结构可以获得最优的微观混合效果;总体混合效果则在采用小流量分成两股等量从两侧相对进入,大流量组分从顶端进入,而结构尺寸利用三股物流等动量(雷诺数)原则计算的情况下获得最优效果。研究成果可以为进一步开发多组分、多股进料的CIJR提供基础。

Multi-scale Simulation on Mixing Performance of a Kind of Improved Confined Impinging Jet Reactor
Abstract:Confined impinging jet reactor(CIJR) is a kind of high intensive mixing reactor,but its use is constrained by that there must have two equal flow rate streams.A kind of improved CIJR was proposed to overcome this shortcoming in this paper.Nine cases of different feed-in methods and configurable scales were studied,and the results showed that: the best performance for macro-scale mixing was found under the condition of the component with larger feeding rate to the reactor from the top,while the component with lower feeding rate to the reactor from the two sides with opposite direction;the best performance for micro-scale mixing was found on the condition of the velocites of the three feed-in streams were equal.For the whole procedure of mixing,the best performance was found on the condition of the component with larger feeding rate to the reactor from the top,while the component with lower feeding rate to the reactor from the two sides with opposite direction,and the momentums(or Reynolds number) of the three feed-in streams were equal.The conclusions of this paper can be used to study new type of CIJR applied in the conditions of multi components and feed-in streams.
