| 摘 要： | 文章从整体上梳理了我国高职院校文秘专业在课堂教学、实践教学、职业意识、就业意识等方面存在的问题,结合当前我国职业教育事业发展的现状和对高职文秘专业人才需求状况,笔者认为只有不断强化学生的"职业能力"本位思想,通过以能力培养为目标创新课程教学、以能力培养为核心创新实践教学形式、以提升师生现代职业意识促进学生能力培养和以就业观教育引导学生能力培养创新等途径提升人才素质,才能使我们的专业发展适应社会需求。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the existing problems in classroom teaching,practice teaching,career awareness and job awareness in secretary specialty in higher vocational colleges.Based on the development status and the talents needs,this paper stresses that competence-based ideas should be strengthened to innovate the curriculum teaching and practice teaching so as to improve the students’abilities to meet the needs of the society. |
