| 摘 要： | 高职院校大学生存在心理问题将影响其成长成才,作为与其关系密切的辅导员,既是朋友也是人生导师。辅导员开展心理健康教育工作,帮助学生解决心理困扰,意义重大。高职院校辅导员可结合自身工作实践,从预防预警、应对辅导、提升素质三个方面开展大学生心理健康教育工作。

| Abstract: | Psychological problems will affect the growth of college students.As a close friend and mentor of the students,counselors carry out mental health education and help students to solve mental problems,which has great significance.Higher vocational college counselors can do the job from three aspects： prevention and early warning,response and guidance,quality improvement. |
