摘    要:车载移动基础地理信息采集与三维建模系统将激光扫描仪、GPS、INS、车轮编码器和CCD相机等传感器通过控制系统相集成,形成完整高效的移动测量系统,能同时采集三维空间坐标数据和纹理信息,适合高精度大比例尺地面基础地理信息数据的采集。讨论了该车载系统的架构,详细介绍了传感器、定位装置和控制系统的原理以及数据处理流程。在水利工程堤防安全检测中的应用表明,该系统具有自动化、精细化的优点。其GPS定位误差为厘米级,三维激光扫描能达到毫米级分辨率,可实现堤防的全数字化三维建模。

Abstract:The vehicle-borne laser mapping system(VLMS) integrates laser scanners,GPS,INS and odometer and CCD cameras by controlling system,so as to form a complete and highly effective vehicle mapping system.We discuss about the structure of the presented system,and the principles of sensor,positioning device and controlling system and date process.It was applied in water conservancy engineering with advantages of automation and high precision.The positioning error of GPS reaches centimeters level,while 3D laser scanning reaches resolution level of millimeters,thus digital 3D modeling for dikes can be realized.
