摘    要:三里坪水利水电枢纽工程泄洪消能设计采用坝身表、中孔集中泄洪和坝下天然水垫塘消能方案。泄洪布置实现了“最大限度地使落水点在横向、纵向上拉开”的设计原则,坝下天然水垫塘消能指标适中,两岸简单防护,消能设施布置简洁。水工模型试验显示,三里坪大坝坝身泄洪建筑物总体布局合理,表、中孔体型布置满足要求,坝下天然水垫塘防护方案可行。

Abstract:The scheme of discharging flood through surface and middle outlet of dam body and dissipating energy by the downstream natural water cushion pool is adopted for Sanliping Hydropower Project.The flood discharge layout realized design principle of "making the dropping point stretched horizontally and vertically",while the energy dissipation index of the downstream natural water cushion pool is moderate,and the protection of both sides and energy dissipation facilities are simply arranged.The hydraulic model test shows that the general layout of flood discharge structure of Sanliping dam body is reasonable,and the shapes and arrangement of surface and middle outlet of dam body meet the requirements.Meanwhile,the protection scheme of downstream water cushion pool is feasible.
