三里坪水利水电枢纽工程布置设计及研究

摘    要:三里坪水利水电枢纽工程为南河梯级开发的骨干工程,经多方案的综合论证分析,枢纽总体布置方案最终确定为:大坝采用碾压混凝土双曲拱坝,坝身设3个表孔和2个中孔泄洪,坝下采用天然水垫塘消能,右岸布置引水式地下厂房等。着重介绍了坝址坝线选择、泄洪建筑物及电站厂房布置中多个关键技术问题的设计研究概况。所选定的枢纽布置方案满足工程开发任务及运行条件等要求,安全性及经济性均较好。

Abstract:Sanliping Hydropower Project is the key project of the cascade development of Nanhe River.The general layout scheme is selected through a comprehensive demonstration of the multiple scheme analysis.The concrete double curvature arch dam is adopted,in which,3 surface outlets and 2 middle outlets are designed to discharge the flood,downstream natural water cushion pool of the dam are arranged and the diversion-type underground powerhouse at the right bank are chosen.The key technical issues in selection of dam site,arrangement of flood discharge structures,and the powerhouse are focused.With the safety and better economic benefits,the selected general layout scheme is satisfied with the tasks of engineering development and operating conditions.
