地下厂房钢纤维喷射混凝土设计及性能试验研究

摘    要:水布垭面板堆石坝地下电站主厂房顶拱和部分边墙的永久支护采用预应力锚杆和湿法喷射的钢纤维喷射混凝土施工技术。为了给施工提供技术参考,开展了钢纤维喷射混凝土的配合比设计及性能试验。试验结果表明,初步设计的18组钢纤维喷射混凝土拌和物性能良好,坍落度为110~140 mm;采用8604(液)和SA160(液)速凝剂,混凝土的性能差别不大;佳密克斯和哈瑞克斯钢纤维混凝土强度优于汉森钢纤维混凝土。根据试验结果及拟合的回归方程,推荐施工中采用水灰比为0.49的一级配钢纤维喷射混凝土,现场检测的喷射混凝土实际抗压强度满足C25的设计强度等级。

Abstract:The prestressed bolt and steel fiber shotcrete are used in top arch and side wall construction of the underground powerhouse of Shuibuya faced rockfill dam.The proportion design and performance test for steel fiber shotcrete was conducted to provide technical reference for construction.The results showed that the 18 groups of steel fiber shotcrete mixture had good performance with slump of 110 to 140 mm;the performance differences by 8604 and SA160 accelerator were not obvious;concrete strengths of Jiamikesi and Haruikesi steel fiber shotcrete were better than that of Hansen steel fiber shotcrete;the 0.49 of W/C of first-grade concrete was recommended in construction with a strength higher than C25,according to the in-situ test.
