| 摘 要： | 为了深入认识和理解水功能区达标率的概念及评价方法,结合河南省水功能区监测情况,分析了影响水功能区达标率评价的诸多因素,如流域(区域)范围、评价指标、评价方法、水质目标等。水功能区达标评价采用不同的方法可以得出不同的结果,要作为考核评价就必须有严格的评价体系。

| Abstract: | In order to understand standard rate of water functional area and its evaluation method,based on the monitoring data of Henan water functional areas,the standard rate of water functional area was evaluated,and many influencing factors were analyzed,such as basin or region range,evaluation indexes,evaluation method,water quality goals,and so on.By using different methods,the results were different,it should have a strict evaluation system when used in check-up system. |
