空间信息技术在水利行业中的应用研究与实践

摘    要:为了推动空间信息技术在水利行业中的进一步应用,在综合论述空间信息技术的特点及发展现状的基础上,全面总结了近年来长江科学院空间信息技术应用研究所在水资源管理、河道采砂监督管理、突发性水污染应急响应管理、防汛抗旱管理、水生态环境监测与评价、水文情势模拟、水电站建设管理等方面应用该技术取得的成果。由于空间信息技术能快速、准确、客观、实时地提供各种遥感信息,其应用成果极大地提高了科学研究能力,促进了水利水电工程的建设管理水平,也显示出该技术巨大的应用潜力和发展空间。在总结已取得的应用研究成果的基础上,探讨了空间信息技术今后进一步发展的主要途径。

Abstract:In order to promote further application of Spatial Information Technology in water conservancy,on the basis of introduction to the characteristics and development situation of Spatial Information Technology in water conservancy,the application achievements of Spatial Information Technology in water resources management,river channel sand mining supervision and management,sudden water pollution emergency response management,flood control and drought-fighting management,water ecological environmental monitoring and evaluation,water regime simulation,hydropower station construction management etc.are summarized.Because the Spatial Information Technology can provide various remote information quickly,accurately objectively and in real time,its application achievements greatly improved scientific research power,promoted construction and management level of and hydropower project,and showed giant application potentiality and development space.On the basis of summary of achievements,the development directions of Spatial Information Technology in future are discussed.
