南水北调大型渡槽温控防裂技术应用研究

摘    要:通过对南水北调工程大型渡槽在混凝土材料优化、施工方案和方法、施工期温控措施、后期表面养护等温控防裂措施进行总结,从材料配合比优化、结构限裂设计、施工期质量管理、混凝土温度监测和预报、温控信息共享等角度预测了渡槽温控防裂技术的发展趋势。工程实践表明,这些温控措施联合使用,防裂效果十分显著。

Abstract:The problem of temperature crack was explored through summarizing the measures about optimum mixture of materials,construction scheme,temperature prevention methods and surface maintenance in the construction of large-scale aqueduct of the South-to-North Water Diversion project.The development trend about temperature prevention techniques was predicted from the perspective of optimum mixture of materials,structure design for limiting cracks,temperature monitoring and predicting of the concrete,quality management during the construction and information sharing.The construction practices demonstrate that effect of crack prevention will be obvious by combining all the methods together.
