摘    要:推动遥感干旱监测技术的业务化运行,对水利抗旱减灾工作至关重要。从土壤水分监测、植被状况监测和多维光谱特征综合监测3方面简述了国内外遥感干旱监测的主要技术方法。深入分析遥感干旱监测技术在水利抗旱减灾业务化应用中急需解决的问题:研究对象、遥感数据源和研究方法等,并在卫星遥感数据源、遥感干旱监测方法、遥感干旱监测应用策略等方面提出了进一步应用建议,以期推动遥感干旱监测技术在我国水利行业中的应用。

Abstract:It is significantly important to promote the application of remote sensing technology in drought monitoring.The main drought monitoring techniques and methods by remote sensing are introduced from the aspects of soil moisture,vegetation and multi-dimensional spectra characteristics.Several urgent problems such as research object,remote sensing data source and research methods in the application of drought monitoring by remote sensing are analyzed deeply.Recommendations on satellite remote sensing data source,as well as methods and applicable strategies of drought monitoring by remote sensing are also proposed to facilitate the application of drought monitoring by remote sensing in water sector of China.
