尘源类型对空气滤料动态过滤性能的影响研究

摘    要:分别选用火电厂粉尘、500目滑石粉和1250目滑石粉3种尘源,对袋式除尘器用滤料的阻力、平均过滤周期和过滤效率等动态除尘性能指标进行了测试。通过对大量实验数据的统计分析得到:尘源类型对空气滤料阻力有较大影响,在相同条件下使用滑石粉测试得到的滤料残余阻力要明显大于使用实际火电厂粉尘得到阻力值;尘源的差异对空气滤料平均过滤周期也有较大影响,使用火电厂粉尘、500目滑石粉和1250目滑石粉进行实验,初始阶段平均过滤周期分别为28.2、19.0和14.5 min,最终阶段平均过滤周期分别为28.7、8.3和11.3 min,表明使用滑石粉尘源测试得到的滤料平均过滤周期明显较短,可以大大缩减实验时间,但未能客观反映滤料的实际过滤周期特性;尘源类型的不同对空气滤料过滤效率也有一定的影响,使用火电厂粉尘、500目滑石粉和1250目滑石粉进行实验得到初始阶段滤料的效率分别为99.203%、99.642%和99.870%,最终阶段分别为98.250%、98.996%和99.945%。

Abstract:With the dust in a power plant,500-mesh and 1250-mesh French chalk being chosen as three types of dust source respectively,tested were such dynamic dust removal performance indexes as the resistance of the filtration material used in a bag-type precipitator,average filtration cycle and efficiency etc.The statistics and analysis of a large quantity of the test data show that the types of dust sources have a relatively big influence on the resistance of the air filtration materials.Under the same conditions,the remaining resistance value of the filtration materials tested and obtained by using French chalk is obviously greater than that obtained by using the dust in a practical thermal power plant and the difference of the dust source also has a comparatively big influence on the average filtration cycle of the air filtration materials.A test was performed by using the dust in a thermal power plant,500-mesh and 1250-mesh French chalk respectively,the average filtration cycles in the initial stage were 28.2 min,19.0 min and 14.5 min respectively and those in the final stage were 28.7 min,8.3 min and 11.3 min respectively.These show that the average filtration cycle obtained by using French chalk in the test is obviously shorter and can reduce greatly the test duration,however,not yet objectively reflects the real filtration cycle characteristics of the filtration materials.The difference in the types of dust source has a certain influence on the filtration efficiency of the air filtration materials.The filtration efficiencies of the filtration materials in the initial stage obtained through a test by using the dust in a thermal power plant,500-mesh and 1250-mesh French chalk were 99.203%,99.642% and 99.870% respectively and those in the final stage were 98.250%,98.996% and 99.945% respectively.
