摘    要:为了降低三里坪大坝内部混凝土温度,防止产生温度裂缝并满足大坝封拱要求的设计温度,施工中采取了严格的温控措施。合理选择了混凝土施工配合比和原材料,使用喷雾机改善了仓面小环境,并采用预埋冷却水管进行通水冷却降温等一系列措施。通水冷却后的观测结果表明,大坝内部温度降低明显,为大坝接缝、接触灌浆以及帷幕灌浆赢得了时间。

Abstract:In order to lower the internal temperature of Sanliping Dam,prevent the temperature crack and meet the design temperature required by joint closure,some strict temperature controlling measures were adopted.The mix proportion and raw material were selected reasonably and the sprayer is used to improve the microenvironment of the storehouse surface.The measures such as embedding cooling pipe for water cooling were adopted.The monitoring results after water cooling show that the internal temperature of the dam decreased,which gained time for jointing,contact and curtain grouting and solved the problem of temperature control and anti-crack of concrete.
