亭子口水利枢纽建设对嘉陵江水环境影响研究

摘    要:亭子口水利枢纽担负有城镇供水和农田灌溉的任务,因此,对水库水质保护的要求较高。采用一维和二维水质模型,分析了亭子口水利枢纽建设对嘉陵江水环境的影响。研究重点:工程建设期砂石料加工冲洗废水对下游河道水质的影响,工程运行期水库水质变化对水库沿岸城(集)镇供水水源的影响,入库支流闻溪河回水顶托对剑阁县县城水环境的影响以及闻溪河入库段的水环境容量变化。根据预测结果和亭子口水利枢纽的特性,研究提出了建设期砂石料冲洗废水和运行期支流闻溪河水污染控制方案。

Abstract:Tingzikou water conservancy project undertakes the tasks of water supply for cities and towns as well as farmland irrigation,so high water quality requirement of the reservoir should be guaranteed.By 1D and 2D water quality models,the impact of its construction on water environment of Jialing River is analyzed.,the impact of flushing wastewater from sand and aggregate processing on the water quality in the downstream river of project is focused,and the impact of reservoir water quality variation on the water supply sources for the cities and towns along reservoir bank and impact of backwater of Wenxi River,a branch of Jialing River,on water environment of Jiange County as well as water environment capacity of the reach of Wenxi River entering the reservoir are considered.Based on prediction result and the characteristics of Tingzikou project,the control measures for the flushing wastewater in construction period and water pollution of Wenxi River in operation period are researched and proposed.
