摘    要:分析罗茨泵的工作过程,根据平行平板间衡薄气体的流动理论建立泄漏模型,用模型来描述转子回转和不同流态下的压力差引起的径向泄漏,求解数学模型可以改进泵的性能提供理论依据。

Abstract:To a vacuum pump the leakage through the clearance is the primary factor that affect the pumping speed and the ultimate pressure. The clearance of a roots pump consists of the axial and radial clearance between the rotor and the shell of pump and the clearance between rotors. In this paper, the working process of a roots pump was analyzed. According to the theory of the rarefied gas flow between two flat plates, the math model of the leak through the clearance was developed, which could describe the radial leak caused by the rotors rotation and the pressure difference in the different flow. The model could calculate the performance parameter of the pump in the stable work and be used to improve the performance of the pump.
