钻修机绞车滚筒的有限元分析

摘    要:绞车是钻机、修井机的核心部件,绞车的核心部件是滚筒,滚筒作为油田钻修井设备的主要传动部件,在整个传动系统中有举足轻重的地位。利用有限元法对绞车滚筒进行分析与研究,为绞车滚筒的设计和校核提供了参考。以650型钻修机绞车为例,进行了具体的有限元分析。

Abstract:Drum is the core component of drawworks which is the key part of drilling and workover rig, so the drum, as the main transmission part of oil field drilling and workover equipments, is in a pivotal position of the entire transmission system. The finite element method of analysis was used and research on the drum was made to obtain reference for design and check of drum. 650 drilling and workover rig cases were taken as examples to make specific finite element analySis.
