| 摘 要： | 国网衢州供电公司开展电力服务创新实践,通过精简业务收资、整合业务流程,构建房电水气联动过户服务模式,实现公共服务行业的集成服务。通过构建政企数据实时共享渠道,探索房电过户在线联办和"零证"办电服务模式,有效提升客户办事效率,有效解决过户"多头跑"、客户信息不准确、线上办电难普及等问题。
