摘    要:主动配电网是实现配电网集成新能源的有效技术手段,目前多采用全局优化+区域自治的分层分区的优化调度方法。由于主动配电网中各区域的可控资源并不均衡,某些区域自治能力较低可能导致实时情况下难以自治,从而使得实际运行结果与计划值产生较大偏差,降低了系统总体的运行效率。文中重点研究了区域自治的满足条件以及自治能力的衡量方法,并利用鲁棒机会约束模型将其引入到调度计划中,提出了考虑区域自治能力的主动配电网优化调度模型,引用最优条件分解理论实现模型的分层协调求解。采用浙江某地的实际系统数据作为算例,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:Active distribution network is an effective technology to realize the integration of new energy into distribution network. Nowadays, the hierarchical partition optimal scheduling strategy based on regional autonomy and global optimization is adopted. Due to the unbalance of controllable resources in the active distribution network, the low regional autonomy ability may lead to the difficulty of autonomous management in real time, which makes the actual operation result deviate the planned value greatly and reduces the overall operation effectiveness of the system. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the satisfaction conditions of regional autonomy and the evaluation method of autonomy ability. Then, the robust chance constraint model is used to introduce the regional autonomy into the scheduling plan, and an optimal scheduling model of active distribution network considering regional autonomy is proposed. And later, to solve the model hierarchically, optimality condition decomposition methods are adopted. Lastly, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation analysis of an actual system in Zhejiang Province.
