摘    要:针对电力无线通信在规划中存在的问题,为更好地服务智能电网和开展分时长期演进(TDLTE)技术在电力通信等领域的应用研究,提出了一种低自干扰的电力无线专网高可靠性规划方法。通过利用基站信号的重叠覆盖提高基站或末端回传网络故障时用户业务存活的能力。通过对重叠的小区进行合并,避免了重叠小区的同频干扰,再通过优化组织基站的部署,在基站数量相同的情况下,增加了重叠覆盖时的平均站间距离,在保证网络性能的前提下提高了网络可靠性。该规划方案解决了现有技术的基站间同频重叠覆盖将导致相互干扰,异频重叠覆盖可能受到频率资源制约无法实施的问题。

Abstract:Due to the problems in the planning of electric power wireless communication, and in order to serve the smart grid better and carry out the application of time division long term evolution(TD-LTE)technology in the power communication fields and other fields, a high reliability planning method with low self-interference in power wireless special network is proposed. It improves the survival ability of user service when the base station or the terminal return network is out of order by using the overlapping coverage of base station signals. The overlapping cells are merged to avoid the same frequency interference. By optimizing the organization deployment of the base station and in the case of the same number of base stations, the average inter station distance of overlapping coverage increases, and the network reliability is improved on the premise of ensuring network performance. The scheme solves the mutual interference of the same frequency caused by the overlapping coverage between the base stations of the existing technology. It also solves the problems of the frequency resource constraints, which may be unable to implement the different frequency overlapping coverage.
