摘    要:电力体制改革是全面深化改革的重要内容。以市场化为导向的电力体制改革,将对电力行业发展产生深远影响。电力营销是电网企业面向市场的窗口,对于电网企业有效应对电力体制改革具有重要的前瞻意义。从以客户为中心的角度出发,提出面向市场的电力营销管理建议,为电力体制改革下营销管理的发展提供参考。
