台风条件下区域电力系统的重要线路多维度辨识

摘    要:准确识别电网中的重要线路并对其进行优先加固,可以提高台风条件下电力系统的安全可靠运行水平。为了有效辨识重要线路,综合考虑了线路在拓扑结构和运行状态中的地位、线路故障后的经济损失、线路参数及外部环境对重要线路辨识结果的影响,提出了加权线路介数、改进潮流熵、局部变化量、经济损失度、线路故障率这5个线路重要度的多维度评价指标。这些多维度评价指标能够综合考虑复杂电力系统的关键特征参数,克服了单一维度评价的局限性。然后,采用以集成权重与主客观权重间的离差平方和最小为目标的最优组合权重模型来确定指标权重,兼顾决策者的主观性和数据内在联系的客观性。在此基础上采用基于雷达图法的线路评价方法,能够科学形象地对线路进行综合评价。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够综合考虑影响重要线路辨识的各项因素,较好地反映台风条件下线路在电网中的重要程度。

Abstract:It plays an important role to identify and preferentially reinforce critical line in power systems in the secure and stable operation of power systems under typhoon conditions. In order to identify the critical line effectively, the location of transmission lines in the network topology structure, the operation state of power systems, the economic loss of the lines fault, and the influence of the lines parameter and external environment on the identification results are considered. Five multi-dimensional evaluation indexes, i. e. weighted line betweenness, improved power flow entropy, local variation, economic loss and the failure rate of lines, are presented to evaluate the importance of lines. The multi-dimensional evaluation indexes can comprehensively take critical characteristic parameters of complex power systems into consideration, which could overcome the limitation of single dimension of evaluation index. The optimal combination weight method, which aims at minimizing the sum of squared deviations between integration weights and the subjective and objective weights, is adopted to determine the weights of indices for considering both the subjectivity of the decision makers and the objectivity of the inherent relationship of the indexes data. The radar chart method is adopted to evaluate the transmission lines synthetically and identify critical line. The simulation results show that the proposed method can consider various factors in the identification of critical line comprehensively and better reflect the importance degree of the lines under typhoon conditions in the power systems.
