摘    要:储能系统可以为主动配电网的运行提供支撑和调节。针对为满足主动配电网安全运行导致的储能损耗较快、成本过大的问题,提出一种基于双储能系统的主动配电网储能优化配置方法。建立两阶段优化模型,第一阶段优化以储能配置总容量最小为目标求解得储能接入位置及充放电策略;第二阶段优化在储能接入位置配置2组相同容量的储能,分别承担充电与放电工作,首先根据第一阶段充放电策略求得双储能系统运行策略,然后在储能循环寿命损耗模型基础上以配电网中储能总年成本最小为目标求得各接入位置储能配置容量。以改进IEEE 33节点系统进行算例分析,结果表明所提储能优化配置方法可以使主动配电网中储能总年成本大幅降低,提升储能经济性。

Abstract:The energy storage system can serve as support and adjustment for the operation of the active distribution network. A storage allocation method of active distribution network based on double-storage system is presented to solve the problems of rapid storage losses and high cost caused by the safe operation of active distribution network. A two-stage optimization model is built: the first stage optimization aims to solve the storage location and charging/discharging strategy with the goal of minimum total storage capacity; in the second stage optimization, two storages of the same capacity are accessed at the solved location for charging and discharging respectively, obtaining the operation strategy of double-storage system according to the first stage operation strategy firstly, and then solving the storage capacity of each location with the goal of minimum annual total storage cost based on the cycle life loss model of storage. Simulative results of the modified IEEE 33-bus system show that the proposed storage allocation method can make the annual total cost of active distribution network storage significantly reduced, and improve the economical efficiency of storage.
