摘    要:针对配电网集中式供电恢复方法存在信息交互范围大、集中式决策系统计算量大等问题,提出了一种基于智能配电终端的分布式供电恢复方法。描述了以智能配电终端为核心的分布式供电恢复系统的结构和功能,在基于智能终端间对等通信交互信息的基础上,提出了分布式供电恢复的实现方法,包括分布式拓扑搜索和供电恢复控制两部分。首先采用分布式的方法搜索非故障停电区域,然后基于逆向搜索与约束条件相结合的方法确定可恢复供电区域,最后考虑分布式电源的特性和约束条件确定孤岛运行区域。提出了与分布式供电恢复网络拓扑搜索过程相适应的约束条件简化求解方法,以电网逐步戴维南等值为基础,在确定可恢复供电区域的搜索过程中实现功率、电压、支路潮流约束验证,同时还考虑了电网有分支时对约束条件的修正,无需进行集中式的潮流计算。算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:There are many problems with traditional centralized power service restoration method, such as wide information interaction range and lots of calculation, so a distributed power service restoration method based on smart terminal unit is proposed. This paper describes the structure and function of distributed power service restoration system with the smart terminal unit as the core, which can use peer to peer communication to exchange information. On this basis, the implementation of distributed power service restoration method including two parts of distributed topology search and service restoration control is put forward. First of all, the distributed method is used to search for the out-of-service area. Then, the scope of the actual restoration is determined based on adverse searching method and constraint conditions. Finally, considering the characteristics of distributed generation and constraints, the islanding scope is determined. The simplified calculation method of the constraint conditions is proposed, which is compatible with the topology search process of distributed service restoration and is based on stepwise Thevenin equivalent. The power, voltage and branch power flow constraints are carried out in the search process of the restorable area without the need for centralized power flow calculation. Furthermore, the effect of the branch is discussed and the method is improved. Finally, one case study is given to validate the proposed method.
