| 摘 要： | 电能替代是改进能源消费的重要方式,是提升风/光等可再生能源发电利用率的有效途径。基于山西省电能替代工作的开展情况,探讨电能替代工作整体化开展方式,设计一种电能替代项目管理系统,为城市化电能替代工作的实施提供参考。

| Abstract: | Electrical energy alternatives can improve energy consumption and effectively increase the utilization of renewable energy such as wind and polar energy. Based on the development of electric energy alternatives in Shanxi, the overall development of electric energy alternatives is discussed and an information management system of electric energy alternatives project is designed to provide references for the implementation of urban electric energy alternatives. |
