摘    要:分析了目前智能变电站内测控装置运行的方式及需求,介绍了分组式测控的设计原理及概念。通过分析过程层网络数据流量,详述了分组式测控的软硬件设计以及关键技术实现。提出了基于分组式测控的智能变电站测控系统架构和2种运行方式以及这2种方式下的信息与控制实现。通过搭建实验环境验证了设计方案的可行性。

Abstract:The current operation mode and requirements of the bay-group control unit in the smart substation are analyzed, and the design principle and concept of bay-group control units are introduced. By analyzing the network data flow of the process level, the details of the hardware and software design and key technologies are described. Then this paper proposes the architecture and two kinds of operation modes of the measurement and control system based on bay-group control units in smart substation. The implementation of information and control in these two modes is also described. The feasibility of the design scheme is verified by building the experimental environment.
