摘    要:配电网模型的频繁变更和数据质量问题对配电自动化主站系统实时监控类应用会产生较大干扰,而主站新的建设模式对多用户并发维护提出更高的性能要求。提出基于多态机制的未来态配电网模型管理方案,在独立的环境下开展基于异动单的模型维护、遵循IEC 61970/61968标准的图模接入和校验、全量模型和增量模型相结合的版本管理,以及自动化调试工作,与在线运行环境适当解耦,同时解决了多用户并发维护的效率问题。通过配电自动化系统和省级集中监管系统的运用案例,实践证明基于多态机制的未来态模型管理方案可满足配电网模型管理的多源端、多用户、自动化离线调试的需求。

Abstract:Frequent changes in the distribution model and data quality problems will cause greater interference to the real-time monitoring applications of the distribution management system(DMS), and the new construction mode of DMS puts forward higher performance requirements for multi-user concurrent maintenance. A management scheme of future-state distribution network model based on the polymorphism mechanism is proposed. The work, such as model maintenance based on the model change order, graph model access and verification of IEC 61970/61968 standard, model version management combining the whole model and incremental model, and automatic debug, is carried out under the independent environment. The appropriate decoupling is kept from the online operating environment, and the efficiency problem of multi-user concurrent maintenance is solved. Two actual application cases of DMS and the provincial centralized distribution monitoring system are presented. The practice results show that the proposed management scheme can meet the requirements of multi-source, multi-user and off-line automatic debugging of distribution model management.
