| 摘 要： | 随着电力辅助服务市场的发展,为保障电力系统安全可靠运行,促进电力资源优化配置,研究不同市场发展阶段下我国电力备用辅助服务适用的交易模式。首先构建了电力辅助服务交易模式综合评价体系,并分析了电力备用辅助服务所有可行的交易模式;基于不同市场发展阶段的特点,对交易模式进行综合评价,进而选择出市场发展初期、过渡期和成熟期等各时期所适用的交易模式,防范电网企业经营风险。
