摘    要:智能电网信息管理系统复杂性评估是智能电网研究的新内容,目前尚无成形的理论。研究了智能电网信息管理系统的复杂性特征,提出了基于结构熵的复杂性评估方法,从系统主站层、通信网络层、智能终端设备层3个层面对智能电网信息管理系统的各个复杂性测量因素进行计算。在引入管理功和多维熵空间尺度理论的基础上,建立了基于多维结构熵的智能电网信息管理系统复杂性评估模型。该模型可以评估系统内部各层复杂性和整体复杂性,为系统的设计研发、运行维护和后续优化提供参考。以某市的智能电网信息管理系统为例,验证了模型的合理性。

Abstract:The complexity evaluation of smart grid information management system is a new content in researching the smart grid, and the related research has not concluded with well-established theory. The complexity characteristics of smart grid information management system are studied, and a complexity evaluation method based on structure entropy is proposed, which quantifies the complexity of smart grid information management system from the aspects of main station layer, communication network layer and intelligent terminal equipment layer. The management energy and multi-dimensional entropy space scale theory are introduced to establish the complexity evaluation model of the smart grid information management system based on multi-dimensional structure entropy. This model can analyze the complexity of each layer and the whole system, which offers a reference for design & development, maintenance and subsequent optimization of system. The smart grid information management system of a city is studied as a case to verify the reasonability of the proposed model.
