摘    要:对核电站熔断器的老化机理进行了深入的分析研究,指出了老化的熔断器在未达到额定电流的条件下即会出现熔断的现象。使用加速老化试验的方法得到了老化失效的熔断器,应用电子扫面显微镜(SEM)以及x射线能谱分析等表面微观分析方法,对该失效熔断器以及同型号、同批次的良品熔断器进行了分析比较,从微观的角度证明了老化会导致熔断器性能下降。

Abstract:The aging mechanism of fuses in nuclear power plant were researched. It was conclude from the re- search that the aged fuse might break under lower current. The accelerated aging method was used to acquire the failure fuse due to aging. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive analysis system of X-ray were used to analyze the mierostructure of the failure fuse and a good fuse. The results illustrated from the micros- turcture perspective that aging could degrade the fuse.
