摘    要:南堡油田的注水井大部分为斜井,在实施偏心分注时采用的114 mm偏心配水器通过能力低、投捞成功率低,由于下层无法注水,使得后期测出的流量为非真实流量及流量测试仪起出困难。鉴于此,研制了SQSPXP-110双导向桥式偏心配水器。该配水器上开设了桥式偏心孔,可沟通上、下层注水通道,平衡了密封段上、下压差,提高了测试仪器下井的安全性;由于该配水器测试的流量为单层的真实流量,消除了递减法带来的累计误差,因而测量误差较小。室内试验和现场试验结果表明,SQSPXP-110双导向桥式偏心配水器井下通过能力强,在大斜度井内投捞成功率高,配注性能良好。

Abstract:Most of water injection wells in Nanpu Oilfield are deviated ones and thus there exist the following problems in eccentric separate-layer injection.The 114 mm eccentric water distributor has a poor passing capacity;the running and pulling success rate is low;the flowrate measured at later stages is not the actual flowrate due to the fact that injection cannot be conducted in lower layers;and it is difficult to trip the flowrate tester.Therefore,the SQSPXP-110 double orientation bridge eccentric water distributor was developed.The bridge eccentric hole is designed on the distributor in order to connect injection channels of upper and lower layers,balance the upper and lower pressure differences of sealing section and improve the safety of tester running.The accumulative error caused by the successive subtraction method has been eliminated because the flowrate tested by the distributor is the actual flowrate of single layers.Therefore,the measurement error is relatively small.The laboratory test and field test findings show that the distributor has a strong downhole passing capacity,high running and pulling success rate and desirable injection allocation performance.
