低压电器低温环境下使用的可靠性问题

摘    要:低压电器产品在北方冬季-10℃及以下环境(如户外箱变中)运行由来以久,但由于标准缺失,无真正意义上耐低温产品可资使用。通用型产品被普遍误用,其中不乏带嵌入式MCU技术的低压电器产品,工作的可靠性不言而喻,用户反响强烈。现就低温用低压电器的材料选用、工艺要求、产品调试及试验方法提出建议。

Abstract:Low voltage electric apparatus products long have been used in north winter environment to -10℃ such as outdoor substation. But there is no actual withstanding low twmperature products as there is no such standards. The ganeral products have been used wrongly, in which there are more low voltage electric apparatus products with embedded MCU technology. So the reliability is unbelievable. This article made a suggestion on the materials selection, processing reguirement, products test and method of low voltage electric apparatus used in low temperature environment.
