TRIP效应在基于应变设计的大变形管线钢中的应用

摘    要:提出了TRIP(transformation induced plasticity)效应来解决大变形管线钢在基于应变设计的问题,通过氩弧焊对TRIP钢进行焊接,得出其焊接接头的力学性能。在3种不同的拉应变下对试样进行了应变拉伸试验,观察其微观组织的变化。可以看出,随着拉应变的增大,焊缝组织中珠光体和贝氏体组织发生沿拉伸方向的滑移,铁素体发生与滑移过程相匹配的塑性变形,从而获得较高的均匀延伸率,增加了焊缝的塑性和强度,能适应大变形管线钢基于应变设计的运行环境。

Abstract:In this article, it put forward utilizing TRIP effect to solve the problem on large deformation pipeline steel based on strain design, using argon arc welding to weld TRIP steel, and obtained the mechanical properties of welded joints. The strain tensile test to specimen was conducted under 3 kinds of different stretching strain, the microstructure variation was observed. The result indicated that with stretching strain increasing, the pearlite and bainite structure in weld will slip along stretching direction, and plastic deformation appear in the ferrite matched with slippage, so the higher uniformity elongation was obtained, which increase the plasticity and strength of weld, and can satisfy the requirements of operating environment of large deformation pipeline steel based on strain.
