摘    要:针对长公路隧道内外路面工作温度环境的差异,研究长公路隧道内水泥混凝土路面的合理横缝间距.采用有限元方法分析了水泥混凝土路面横缝间距分别为4m、8m、12m和16m时,不同面层板厚度、不同轴载、不同基层厚度、不同基层模量和不同基岩模量对水泥混凝土路面板底最大弯拉应力和位移的变化规律,以及不同横缝间距下水泥混凝土路面温度应力变化状况,表明长公路隧道内水泥混凝土板长变化对水泥混凝土板的温度应力影响较小,验证了进入长隧道73 m后水泥混凝土面层横向接缝间距增大至8~12m的可行性.分析结果对长公路隧道内水泥混凝土路面设计和材料选择提供了理论基础.

Abstract:There are enormous differences on the inside and outside pavement working environments of long highway tunnels.The feasibility of increasing the transverse joint space in cement concrete pavement to 8 ~ 12 m when the distance in the tunnel is over 73 m from the portal was analyzed via finite element method.The changing rules of the maximum tensile stress and displacement on cement concrete surface bottom were analyzed on different surface plate thickness,axle loads,base thickness,base modulus and bedrock modulus when the spacing of transverse joint was 4 m,8 m,12 m and 16 m respectively.Meanwhile,the length variation of cement concrete plate had little influence on its temperature stress.The results offer theoretical basis for cement concrete pavement design and materials selection in tunnels.
