人力资本与区域经济收敛性关系研究

首先用区域经济收敛模型对京津冀的数据进行了收敛性检验,接着重点用面板数据分析方法实证分析了京津冀的区域经济收敛性及其人力资本因素.结果表明:1978年以来京津冀3省市的区域经济不存在收敛;1996年以来,不存在绝对收敛,但引入人力资本因素后,存在较强的条件收敛,不过在京、冀内部均不存在俱乐部收敛,只有津存在弱俱乐部收敛.最后,根据实证检验结果对京津冀的区域经济协调发展提出了政策建议.

The relationship between human capital and regional economic convergence

Firstly,this paper makes regional economic convergence tests with Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei’s data by the convergence model,and then it analyzes on the regional economic convergence category and its human capital factor of the three regions through panel data method.The results indicate that since 1978,there has been no regional economic convergence among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and since 1996,absolute convergence has not existed.While,with the introduction of human capital factor,there is a strong conditional convergence,but neither Beijing nor Hebei exists the club convergence,only in Tianjin internal,there is a weak club convergence.Finally,according to empirical results,the paper puts forward some corresponding proposals and countermeasures for regional economic coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
