摘    要:针对某电厂2台机组主蒸汽系统和高加系统GSS110/210DI、AHP107/205DI所属疏水管线频繁出现开裂泄漏情况,通过对原疏水系统设计的分析,找出了疏水管线频繁出现开裂泄漏原因,即原设计不当,造成流速过高。提出合理配置疏水器和孔板来降低蒸汽管道内介质的流速,降低流体对管道冲击的方法,介绍了如何选择疏水器和节流孔板的方法,包括疏水器和孔板压降、流量和流速的计算,取得了较好效果。

Abstract:The crack leak phenomenon was frequently found in drainage water pipe lines to the drain flash tank of live steam system and high-pressure heater system,it was identified from analysis that the main cause resulting leakage of drainage water pipeline was the poorly designed vapor and water velocity.The new design concept was proposed by retrofitting the steam trap and orifice with the calculation of drainage water pipe lines.The problem of pipeline leakage is basically eliminated.
