摘    要:针对氦气在光管及波节管中的传热特性及阻力特性进行了Reynolds Stress Model(RSM)数值模拟研究。对比了不同结构波节管努塞尔特数Nu和摩擦阻力系数f的变化规律,为了深入研究强化换热,随后又分析了不同结构下综合传热因子η的变化规律。结果表明波距P和波谷半径r对波纹管传热性能、阻力性能和综合传热性能都有一定程度的影响。在雷诺数较低,波距较大,波谷半径较大的情况下,波节管具有更佳综合性能。

Abstract:In this paper,the Reynolds Stress Model(RSM) numerical simulation was adopted to research heat transfer and frictional characteristic in the smooth and corrugated tube for the helium.The changing law of nusselt number and frictional resistance coefficient was compared in different structure of corrugated tube,the changing regularity of comprehensive heat transfer friction was analyzed in different structure in order to research the heat transfer enhancement.The results show that wave pitch and wave trough radius have the certain extent effect on the heat transfer performance,frictional performance and comprehensive heat transfer performance.Corrugated tube posses better comprehensive performance in the condition of lower Reynolds number,wider wave pitch and larger trough radius.
