| 摘 要： | 复合材料布铺放缠绕机是实现某型火箭筒布铺放与布带交叉复合缠绕的关键工艺装备,是集机械、电子、气动、控制、软件和数控等技术于一体的多学科交叉综合应用的复杂设备1]。本文针对某复合材料绝热层缠绕制品成型工艺的结构特点,详细地介绍了复合材料布铺放缠绕机的结构、组成及实现方式,并对成型工艺及物理参数控制进行了深入研究。该设备的开发,极大地提高了某型火箭筒复合材料缠绕制品质量,解决了该型复合材料零部件成型过程中的关键性制造技术难题。

| Abstract: | The composite material tape spread winding machine is a key equipment for realizing rocket engine housing tape spreading and tape winding.We first analyzed the forming process of a composite material adiabatic product.Then we present in detail the structure and the forming process of the heat-proof tape material.The implementation method and control technology for the machine are studied in detail respectively.The molding process and control method for its physical parameters are studied deeply.The successful development of this equipment has greatly improved the quality of the winding products of composite tape materials and solved the key manufacture technologies during the molding processes of composite structures. |
