摘    要:根据16V240ZJD型柴油机喷油泵下体的结构、工作原理,对下体滚轮及定位销进行受力分析,提出了定位销折损是导致供油凸轮型面啃伤的主要原因的观点,并进一步提出了用提高定位销耐磨性能及根据定位销孔尺寸选配定位销来防止定位销折损,从而防止凸轮轴型面啃伤的措施。

Abstract:The forces acting on the lower part of the injection pump and the locating pin for 16V24OZJD diesel engine were analyzed.The analysis shows that the main reason leading fuel cam surface to be scuffed is locating pin's break.Improving methods were given.
