摘    要:本试验分别从宏观、微观角度入手,研究磷矿渣替代粉煤灰作为碾压混凝土掺和料的可行性.原材料的化学成分分析及XRD分析说明磷矿渣是一种比较好的辅助性胶凝材料,适当粒度的磷矿渣掺入水泥混凝土中所起的作用基本和粉煤灰相当;与掺粉煤灰碾压混凝土相比,同掺量的磷矿渣碾压混凝土的后期力学性能均有所提高,除早期干缩略大外,其耐久性、热学性能均比粉煤灰碾压混凝土略优;将磷矿渣作为碾压混凝土掺和料使用,既可以减少环境污染,同时还可以缓解水工大体积碾压混凝土掺和料的供求矛盾.

Abstract:The feasibility of substitution phosphor slag for fly ash as RCC admixture is researched experimentally from the micro and macro perspectives.The analysis of the chemical composition of raw materials and XRD analysis show that phosphor slag is a relatively good supporting cementitious material.The behaviour of appropriate size of phosphor slag cement concrete is compared with fly ash cement concrete.The late stage mechanical property of phosphor slag concrete has a little increase.Except early-stage shrinkage,the durability property and thermomechanical property of phosphor slag concrete are better than fly ash concrete.Making use of phosphor slag as RCC admixture,not only can reduce environmental pollution,but also can reduce the contradiction of supply and demand of fly ash.
