| 摘 要： | 模块化流程企业是一种适应型组织，可以适应变化多端的市场。首先讨论了流程的能力观，在此基础上分析了流程能力模块之间的承诺关系，从相对的客户链观点给出了模块化组织流程的运作机制及其管理，并以海尔公司的流程管理为例，说明模块化组织流程可快速组合、系统性的特点。

| Abstract: | Enterprises whose processes are modular can adapt to rapid market changes in the information era. In this paper, processes are explained in view of competence. Commitment between competence modules is then analyzed to give the run and management of the processes, among which the competence modules are relative performer-customers. Further, process reengineering of the Haier Company, which uses market mechanism for commitment mentioned above, is illustrated by the characteristics of modular organization processes: quick and systematic recombination. |
