摘    要:利用非线性自适应控制方法及其相应的非线性系统理论,对实际柴油机台架液压执行器的非线性系统进行线性化控制,以达到减小乃至消除整个系统非线性成分的目的.从实际台架出发进行理论分析,为柴油机双层主动隔振系统的次级通道建立确切的非线性系统模型,进而采用预补偿模型参考自适应逆控制策略(PCMRAIC),在Matlab平台下实现对整个非线性系统线性化控制的数字仿真.数字仿真结果表明,柴油机主动隔振系统次级通道存在着不可回避的非线性特性,采用预补偿模型参考自适应逆控制策略能够较理想地解决次级通道非线性特性.数字仿真对柴油机试验台架的实际研究有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:A hydraulic actuator system for a practical diesel active vibration isolation system was linearly controlled by combining nonlinear adaptive inverse control strategy and its corresponding nonlinear system theory.The nonlinear component of the whole hydraulic dynamic system was wakened and even eliminated.In this process,the practical hydraulic dynamic system was adequately taken into account,and the accurate nonlinear system model was constructed for the second path of practical diesel active vibration isolation system.Furthermore,a strategy of the model reference adaptive inverse control with pre-compensator(PCMRAIC) was proposed.And finally,a numerical simulation for the whole nonlinear system was made and a successful linearization control was achieved on the Matlab.However,numerical simulation results indicate that the second path has evitable nonlinear component,and the PCMRAIC strategy can perfectly resolve the nonlinear problem.The numerical simulation is able to instruct investigation on practical diesel vibration isolation experiments.
