铝茶壶嘴成形工艺与胀形模设计

摘    要:铝茶壶嘴形状复杂,其成形工艺也复杂,需要多道工序.成形中冷作硬化现象严重,容易发生胀裂.通过对零件的分析,利用零件成形工序的特征,设计了组合穿孔的胀形模,较好地控制了胀形中易出现的胀裂现象,提高了生产效率,保证了零件的质量.该没计对同类产品具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:Aluminum teapot mouth has a complicated shape, which needs to be formed with complicated forming process. Cold hardening phenomena in shaping process can easily result in expanding split. By analyzing components and utilizing the characteristics of component forming process, the bulging die was designed combined with perforation technique which could largely prevent expanding split to promote productive efficiency and ensure quality. This design offers a certain reference value for the likewise products.
