| 摘 要： | 随着IP和电信网络的融合,必然需要在IP上传输电话信令。现今的IP网络大部分业务通过TCP或UDP来传输,但都无法满足在IP网络中传输电话信令的要求。为实现IP与电信网络的互通,IETF设计并制定了流控制传输协议—SCTP。作为新一代的通用IP传输协议,SCTP具有许多传输层的协议所不具备的功能优势。
