| 摘 要： | 锅炉左、右下集箱产生鼓包变形和密集环状裂纹及几处渗水点。通过对锅炉左、右下集箱材质的金相组织分析及对锅炉结构、水循环分析，得出该锅炉下集箱失效的原因，并提出改进措施。

| Abstract: | A bulge deformation, a multitude of ring-shaped cracks and a few water leakage points were discovered in the left and right side lower header of the boiler. Through the metallographic analysis of the materials used for the left and right side lower header of the boiler and an analysis of the boiler construction and water circulation circuits, the cause of the boiler header failure finally identified, an improvement is presented. |
