大跨桥梁缆索构件环境腐蚀当量关系研究

摘    要:依据法拉第定律和腐蚀损伤相当的原则,提出了编制大跨桥梁构件加速腐蚀当量环境谱的方法,确定了桥梁结构钢材在不同温度、湿度条件下的当量折算关系函数和方法,研究了温湿度对于桥梁缆索构件腐蚀的影响规律,提出了大跨桥梁环境谱编制以及当量折算原则。根据润扬大桥健康监测系统数据编制了温湿度环境年谱,进行了温湿度加速试验环境谱研究与当量关系折算。本文的研究工作为大跨桥梁缆索构件耐久性评估以及日历寿命体系评定奠定了基础。

Abstract:According to Faraday's law and the equivalent quantization rule of corrosion damage,the method for forming the equivalent conversion of accelerated corrosion environment spectrum of large-span bridge's components is proposed here,and the function and method of equivalent conversion of structural bridge steel at different temperature and humidity are determined by researching the effects of temperature and humidity on the cable components of bridges.Based on the data of health monitoring system for Runyang Bridge,the environment chronicle of temperature and humidity has been formed to research the accelerated experimental environment spectrum of temperature and humidity and make the equivalent conversion.The researches in this paper lay a foundation for evaluating the durability of cable components of large span bridges and the quality system of calendar life.
