| 摘 要： | 介绍了QWH-Ⅱ型全位置自动焊机的构成及工作原理。采用该焊机焊接了100t阳极炉加长改造4条炉体环境，结果表明焊接质量大大提高，焊工的劳动强度大大降低，生产效率比手工电弧焊提高3-4倍。
