大尺寸油浸密封圈精密图像检测系统的研制

摘    要:研制了一种犬尺寸油浸密封圈精密图像检测系统。为了采集到清晰的图像,专门设计了高均匀度的LED照明系统;为了减小图像失真,提高测量精度,选用了高分辨率的双侧远心镜头;提出了可实现图像坐标系与世界坐标系转换的精确标定方法和有效的图像测量算法。用该系统对标准环规和密封圈产品进行检测的结果表明,其测量精度和检测速度完全符合用户要求。

Abstract:Akind of precise vision measuringsystemforlarge sized O-rings was developed·ALEDilluminatingsystemwhich can distribute the uniformlight was designed specially to make the image clear ;a bi-telecentric lens with a high-resolution was chosento avoidimage distortion and improve measuring accuracy;an accurate calibration method to carry out the transformation betweenimage coordinate systemandreal-world coordinate systemand an effective vision measuring algorithmwere proposed·The standard ring-gauge andthe O-ring products were tested bythis measuringsystem,results showthat the measuring precision and testing speed canfit the user’s requirements·
