| 摘 要： | 工学结合的人才培养模式构建引导高职院校的课程体系改革，也引导高职院校的师资队伍建设模式改革。教学团队建设是适应工学结合人才培养模式改革的一种新型师资队伍建设模式，研究教学团队建设方法对师资队伍的建设起到重要作用。探讨了工学结合的人才培养模式下开展教学团队建设面临的问题和困难，并提出在此模式下开展教学团队建设的建议。

| Abstract: | The establishment of personnel training mode of work-study combination can guide the reform of curriculum system and teaching team building in higher vocational colleges. The construction of teaching team is a new type of reform model to adapt to work-study combination, and to study the teaching methods of team construction will play an important role in the building. The existing problems and difficulties to develop the construction of teaching team under personnel training mode of work-study combination are discussed, so the related suggestions are proposed. |
